Cameron is able to help you customize your entire event from start to finish including golf, tent rentals, transportation, food and beverage options, and merchandise needs. Charles Halliday, Tournament Coordinator
After the contract has been signed our Tournament Coordinator, Charles Halliday will take over and coordinate the event including the desired pairings, format, scoring, pre and post tournament events, special needs and timing. Charles will be in constant communication with you and ready to accomodate any last minute changes or adjustments. In order to fully prepare for your outing the pairings should be provided to Charles no later than 48 hours prior the event.

Our Food & Beverage team will prepare and present magnificent catered items in a timely, professional manner that will exceed your expectations. Some say that any event is as only as good as the food presented and we guarentee you and your guests will be impressed. Please preview our Golf Catering menu to get a "taste" of our offerings. We can customize the menu to your liking. There will also be on-course beverage servers for your event.

Whirlwind Staff
On the day of the event our professional staff at Whirlwind will greet your guests with a welcome and a smile. We will handle and load all golf bags and escort the participants to their golf carts. The practice range will be fully set up and available for warm up by all participants. Special announcements will be made and rules of play will be addressed.
Cheerful service, immaculate conditions, and luxurious amenities will guarantee the best golf outing experience in the Valley of the Sun!
