Day 1 – Assessments & Fundamentals

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Welcome & Player Assessment

• Introduction to instructors and agenda overview
• Skill assessment: brief interviews, goals, swing video recording, Trackman baselines

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Full Swing – Building the Basics & Fundamentals

• Fundamentals: grip, posture, alignment
• Iron and driver mechanics
• Individual swing feedback with video review

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Lunch (Provided)

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Putting – Distance Control & Reading Greens

• Green reading techniques and process.
• Understanding of how to control distance on greens
• Putting stations with mirror, string, gates, and competitive drills
• Stroke analysis with Capto Putting technology

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | On-Course Playing Lesson

• On course with coach supervision
• Real-time shot selection guidance
• Focus on applying strategy, routine, and mental tools

Day 2 – Full Swing & Short Game

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Chipping/Pitching & Bunkers

• Setup and technique differences between chip and pitch shots
• Club selection and trajectory control
• Greenside bunker technique: soft vs firm

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Full Swing – Driver and Woods

• Driver optimization (launch, angle, spin)
• Fairway wood and hybrid play
• Optimal equipment for your swing 

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Lunch (Provided)

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Specialty Shots & Final Evaluation

• Final video review and Trackman evaluation
• Shaping the golf ball (draw vs fade)
• Develop a take home practice plan

2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | On-Course Playing Lesson

• 9-hole or simulated holes with coach supervision
• Real-time shot selection guidance
• Focus on applying strategy, routine, and mental tools
